Nouvelle liste des professions admissibles au traitement simplifié au Québec
Elle est révisée annuellement, pour considérer l’évolution des besoins en main-d’œuvre de l’ensemble des régions du Québec.
Ainsi, la liste regroupe différentes professions en pénurie et/ou besoin de main-d’œuvre dans l’ensemble de la province.
La nouvelle liste de 228 professions, est entrée en vigueur ce 24 février 2022.
Par souci d’équité, et comme chaque année, une période transitoire d’un mois, jusqu’au 24 mars 2022 inclusivement, est accordée aux employeurs
En d’autres termes, les demandes reçues par le Ministère ou par Emploi et Développement social Canada durant cette période pourront être examinées sur la base de l’ancienne liste, dans le cas où la profession visée n’apparaîtrait pas sur la nouvelle liste en vigueur.
